Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson are teaming up once again. But this time, instead of battling Asgardian goddesses and snazzily-attired planet rulers, they’re going up against sneaky aliens.
Yesterday (September 20), the Thor: Ragnarok co-stars shared a behind-the-scenes look at upcoming Men in Black spinoff MIB, in which they play undisclosed operatives, Agent H and Agent M respectively.
And while we don’t know much about their characters, or how they relate to the original stars of the 1997 movie, Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, we do know one thing for sure: they’ll be wearing black suits, and, uh, taking things dead seriously:
This fourth film in the Men in Black franchise is reportedly more of an ensemble movie than a buddy comedy, and will see the alien-busting action move from NYC to London. Liam Neeson has recently joined the cast (which also includes Kumail Nanjiani, Rafe Spall, and Rebecca Ferguson) as the head of the U.K. branch of the Men in Black.
Will and Tommy, who played Agents J and K respectively, might not be joining them, but the new cast will have Emma Thompson on board to offer support and, we hope, more alien impressions as Agent O.
MIB hits theaters on June 14, 2019.
Do you like the look of it so far?
